Since l987 Eileen Riordan has dedicated her career to helping individuals and
families seeking a healthier way of life. Specializing in the fields of addiction, codependency and inner child work,
Eileen utilizes a holistic approach to treatment and believes recovery involves the mind, the body and the spirit.
She is trained in family systems and has worked with family members in crisis.
In her private practice in New York City Eileen offers individual, group and family
counseling. She is a credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor, advanced level experiential therapist and
sexual addiction therapist as well as an Interfaith Minister.
In addition to traditional therapy, as an experiential therapist
Eileen utilizes expressive arts therapies in her work with clients. These
may include: role play, art therapy, guided imagery and writing exercises.
